one sided geometry flickers black when looking from side angles

Hello all!

I was wondering why my geometry is flickering when I look at it from certain angles? I can assure there is no overlapping geometry. The only thing though that makes me even doubt this is that there is more vertices specified in the static mesh editor than in 3ds max. But im using export selected with only my mesh so that might just be a calculation issue.

I read something about bounds but i extended them and it didnt fix anything? any help?
