Summary
When you migrate a level that was built in UEFN to another UEFN project, then delete it, it takes a massive amount of time to do. Just for a 6k actor level, the process takes around 25 mins.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a level and place prefabs until you have 10k actors.
Save and migrate it to a new UEFN project
Go to the other UEFN project and without opening the migrated level, delete it
Expected Result
The process is almost instant like every other case of deletion
Observed Result
Process takes really long time and UI also shows that deletion goes above 100%
