Summary
Unable to join a game in progress despite setting “Join in Progress: Spawn” in Island settings.
Steps to Reproduce
My friend is playing an island in Fortnite.
1, I join the party to play with him.
2. At the party in the lobby, it only shows the “Ready” option.
3. I click on “Ready,” but Fortnite shows that my friend needs to click on “Ready,” even though he is already in the game.
4. I can’t join the game, and Fortnite doesn’t show the “Join” button.
Additional Info:
- It occurs in both private and public party settings.
- Island settings are configured to “Join in Progress: Spawn.”
- The issue happens on my Creative Island, which has just one round.
- Other islands allow joining the game in progress without issues.
Expected Result
I should be able to join the game in progress using the “Join” button when my friend is already playing on the island.
Observed Result
- The lobby only displays the “Ready” option.
- After clicking “Ready,” it prompts that my friend needs to click “Ready,” even though he is already in the game.
- The “Join” button does not appear, preventing me from joining the game.
