Offline Installer for RealiyScan 2.0

Hi there,
I just signed in on the developer portal where it says that I can download the offline installer.
But I can’t find anything. I always get the info that I need to purchase the software.
However we are a company with less then 1 Mio revenue (e.g. public sector/police).
How is it possible to get the offline installer for RealityScan?

Hi there, you need to purchase a RealityScan seat or Unreal subscription to access the offline installer on the Dev portal.

Even if we’re less than 1 mio revenue we still need to purchase a license to get the offline installer for 2.0?
