Can you confirm that you have increased the HTTP timeouts in the ini file and you are still seeing the subscribe button? (and you have a valid account on UnrealEngine.com?)
yep I do have a valid account subscribed for now . but cant seem to use the editor after the 1 time I used it because it always gets stuck at the launcher. I did change the timeouts to 9000 cus my internet conection is slow. dosent seem to help much . its stuck at 80% and 80 mb and then it dosent download anything as transfer rate is 0 b/s by the time it hits 80%
I will put it on for a day and see if it updates been reading all the posts and it seems for some people it takes a while will let u know if it gets updated by tomorrow morning
sorry still not working its the same thing stops at 80% . but I did notice that if I use "-CPLabel=QFE2 and launch it launches and skips the patches but then it dsnt patch anything and have to always log offline for it to work. which is ok as I can finaly atleast use it even though that means I wont be able to update anything.
Got it downloading the new version by playing with the timeout number. Got it to work by setting it to 10k for some reason. Over 10k got it stuck again. (?) Perhaps it works for other people.
I had the same problem at around 28%, I tried all advice here, so I reinstalled the launcher.
Now even the launcher fails to download its update, so I canāt even select 4.1 for download anymoreā¦
Chunks 43CA8A014D930326C860829D1737A0E9 and 5B323DD945241A8146E6D4AC2E84927B fail to download over and over again until it gives up.
Sorry for the inconvenience. This might be due to a high volume of traffic at the moment, but if your Launcher is having problems downloading the latest update for itself, you may want to consider downloading the Launcher from the UnrealEngine.com site (it is already set to the latest version).
Please let us know if you can do this, or if there is any improvement for you.
I hope that your issue has worked itself out by now. If not, please go ahead and make a new post concerning your issue, and we will work to troubleshoot the problem with you.

I tried the ini fix, changing the values to very high numbers:
[HTTP]
HttpTimeout=36000
HttpConnectionTimeout=20000
HttpReceiveTimeout=20000
HttpSendTimeout=20000
and my download continues to hang at 2% (2.75 GB remaining). After a couple hours of 0.0 B/s I get the error āCould not download patch data. Please try again later.ā Logs are attached (the āUnrealEngineLauncher.logā isnāt finished so it stops suddenly, but the most recent backup has a full download attempt and the patch data error). The others are cancelled after a while of 0.0 B/s (and many are from before I tried the fix in this post).
Iāll have faster Internet in about a week but Iād really like to get my hands on UE4 as soon as possible. Might just do some UT3 mapping if I have to wait.

edit: Launcher v.1.5.1.2214492
Attempted to install on the other oc today, worked like charm. Problem persists on my primary PC. Tried reinstall, last time it only reached 66%.
I wish itāll be possible to download full installer without help of launcher.
RESOLVED: I left if over night and after several hours of idling, it somehow got through. Bit weird considering on my my other PCs it went so smooth, but its ok now
