Having this same problem. I just started my subscription tonight and when I open the program for the first time I see the message: syncing then the subscribe button pops up. I don’t know if this information will help, I do see a lot of TCP Dup Ack requests, TCP previous segment not captured, TCP retransmission, TCP fast Retransmissions, and even a few TCP Out-Of-Order messages. Hope that helps. I did check to see if those are a problem on my machine. Everything checks out on this end. Thanks for your time.

Got the same problem here. Tried both of the potential solutions. Still seeing a “Subscribe” button!

Tried increasing the timeouts and uninstalling and reinstalling, both have had no effect and i am still getting the subscribe button.

Hi there i have the problem aswell i login and all i get is the Subscribe button i had to reload my PC as i was have major problems before the reload it was fine now on a fresh install of windows 8 i cant start the download all i get is a Nice yellow Subscribe Button

I have increased all the time outs as suggested and i have turned on the logs and i will attach them here

If you can help that would be great as cant wait to carry on with UE4

UPDATE: This morning everything downloaded without incident. Looks gorgeous.
