Summary
Players intermittently recieve an “OfferModuleVersionMissing” error when opening the in-island transaction window. In some cases, previously purchased items are shown as unowned and the players prompted to purchase them again. The issue sometimes resolves itself after the player leaves and rejoins the island.

Steps to Reproduce
Join the island.
Open an in-island transaction/purchase offer.
Observe that, intermittently, the purchase window fails to load correctly and displays the error OfferModuleVersionMissing.
In some occurrences, previously purchased entitlements are not recognized and the player is prompted to purchase the item again.
Leave the island and rejoin.
Observe that the issue often resolves itself after rejoining.
Expected Result
In-island transaction offers should load successfully every time.
Previously purchased items and entitlements should be correctly recognized.
Players should not be prompted to repurchase content they already own.

Previously purchased items somtimes appears unowned, causing players to be prompted to buy them again.
Rejoining the island often resolves both issues, entitlement or offer data may not be loading correctly
