Oculus -Tour 360 off-scale

I have noticed in my Rift cv1 that all 360 content I see, both photographic and 3D, is out of scale. The observer is always smaller inside the scene, so everything is giant. Is there a setting for this in the Rift setup panel or is it this way?

If you are watching pictures and movies, this is pretty common. It depends on how the image/movie was taken and how it has been projected on the volume around you. If there is a setting, it is more likely in the viewing application, definitely not in the Rift.
