Steps of reproducing the bug:
Create a new UE project with 4.25 → import a music resource → create cue
from this music → put the music cue into the level → set start in VR
from project settings → package project to windows-64 platform.
Then repeat the steps with UE4.23.
Everything is fine in UE4.23, but there is no sound in HMD in UE4.25.
!important:
When we testing, we need to keep the Oculus Launcher always open, don’t close it, if the Oculus launched by the APP, everything will be fine.
