Oculus Rift blur

I use own simple render to draw stars to texture. Next I replace background by this texture. If launch HTC Vive image will be perfect:

But if launch Oculus Rift there will be some blur like this:

I also noticed that Oculus applies some kind of extra anti aliasing. 3D object on scene have clear edges and text looks smoothed.

I tried to change screen resolution, screen percentage, pixel density and disabled anti aliasing twice (in UE4 and in Oculus Rift settings) but nothing helped. Any ideas?
