[Oculus Quest] Using HQ_Lightmaps without Mobile HDR

Hello, I would like to know if someone has used the HQ_Lightmaps with the Oculus Quest or any other android device without using Mobile HDR. From the developers of “Red Matter” I know that its possible to modify the UE4 mobile shaders in some ways to allow this.

Can anybody guide me in the correct direction?
