Oculus mip issues

Currently having an issue with mip values in oculus. Bottom image shows what the scene looks like with android preview, top shows how the texture is degraded when ran on oculus quest 2 and 3. I’ve tried all the adjustments to mip values and texture settings I can think of. Also looked at the device profiles and adjusted settings there for the oculus but no matter what it comes out ultra low quality. Anyone know what could be causing this?
