Octane not turnable when on it's back on a mesh component (Scene Graph)

Summary

When lying on your back with an Octane, you can normally spin back on your wheels by pressing the jump button. If the experimental Scene Graph System is enabled and you are lying on an entities mesh component, spinning back on your wheels is not possible.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate Scene Graph System in Project Settings
  2. Add an Entity to the scene
  3. Add a Mesh Component to this Entity (make it a large cube, so that you can drive on it)
  4. Add an Octane Spawner Device and the Player Spawner Device on top of the cube
  5. Start session
  6. Enter the octane
  7. Jump and in the air adjust the pitch of the Octane so that it lands on it’s back
  8. Press the jump button

Expected Result

The Octane spins around back on it’s wheels.

Observed Result

The Octane stays on it’s back.
