Occlusion Cull in empty world takes 7ms only when window maximized?

Bizarre problem. Occlusion culling / View Visibility takes a long time (7ms on an empty scene, 11ms on my actual level) only when the application/editor is either maximized, or fullscreen.

This is Unreal 5.0.3-20979098. Running with Lumen on. Scene is an empty, completely default scene. No rendering plugins are in this project.

Any idea on what could be causing this?

Confirmed this issue does NOT reproduce on my teammate’s computer using the same project.
