Nvidia Ansel just won't work (4.20, latest Nvidia)

I’ve tried and tried but I can’t seem to get Nvidia Ansel to work with my UE4 project, on basically any of the latest engine versions. I’ve also used a few of the recent versions of Nvidia’s Drivers / Experience (currently the latest).

At the moment I’m getting: “You cannot photograph in-game videos, cut scenes, menus, or certain gameplay moments.” OR “A supported game is required to use this feature.”

Got an Nvidia RXT 2080 ti… nothing. Any suggestions? I’m really struggling here with something I can use for work.

I am having the same problem and need it for work as well. Following closely.

Same too. I tried to launch Ansel about 4 month ago for the first time and it just didn’t work and still no progress.

Just uninstall nVidia GforceExperience.
And Ansel will work again.

I’ve tried to unninstall NVidia GforceExperience, restarted Unreal 4.20 but it still not working… Any help, please?

Uninstall the latest version of Gforce Experience and install the v3.15.0.164 version and it will work.

Thank you very much I delete the latest version (3.20), then reinstalled this old version 3.15 ( NVIDIA GeForce Experience Download - Enhancing gaming with optimized settings and seamless gameplay recording. ) and finally Ansel supports my game!
