Summary
When using the NPC spawners I have noticed a bug with the on spawned event not working when using it with verse, but only most of the time occasionally it will work, mostly it won’t. Some things to note, I am spawning the NPC through Verse and teleporting the device to the player.

Steps to Reproduce
Bind a verse device to a NPC spawner and wait to see when they spawn it triggers the device.
Expected Result
When the NPC spawns it will trigger the device.
Observed Result
When the NPC spawns it doesn’t trigger the device.
