Summary
After 33.10 update, our NPC Spawner using NPC Character with Type Guard, Default Behavior, and Wildlife team stopped moving. (Specially it’s in combat mode). It seems sometimes it moves when there is no player on its awareness
(We’re not using Round based system like the other reported issues)

Steps to Reproduce
Add a NPC Spawner with the setup like the screenshots, make it spawn and notice that when its targetting a player, it only rotates but doesn’t move.
Expected Result
When the NPC is in combat, it should not stand still
Observed Result
When the NPC spots a player, it just stand still rotating but doesn’t move
