I received multiple emails saying my map is awarding XP, but it has not.

Steps to Reproduce

Hop in my map (7255-7491-0405) see that no xp is given for things like killing zombies.

Expected Result

It should have the XP badge and give xp.

Observed Result

No xp badge and no xp.

Additional Notes

I believe this could be due to publishing a new version with the same island code but a new thumbnail. My creator portal XP section is also broken, it says no devices are implemented even though they are. The portal is also broken for other maps, but this is the only one that should be awarded right now.

calibrating a map for XP accolades can take months, or never even happen. you have to have thousands and thousands of plays to get your XP calibrated. If you dont have enough people playing it will never calibrate.

also if you make ANY changes to your map, even a thumbnail, it will change the version number after your island code. then the whole calibration has to start all over and nobody will get XP until it does.

There are thousands and thousands of maps that do not grand XP and never will, because they dont have enough people playing to calibrate

Correct and I got thousands of players and an email from epic that my map was now awarding XP, but it was not.

Same now here, says “Not Awarding XP” for a map that easily got calibrated before

Same for My islands, no updates, over 10k daily plays, and now my XP disabled, and email says “Not Awarding XP”, not even Calibrating…

Everyones map isn’t giving XP or atleast XP gained for me isn’t registering to Battle Pass when I leave. I posted a mention about the bug. I gained lvl 25 in a creative map + some extra xp. When I leave the map my Battle Pass dosen’t change. Says im still half way thru lvl 24 where i started.

my island is over 10,000 daily plays and the status is always Not Awarding XP. I have another island that no one plays and its been on Calibrating for months… seems like my good island finishes the calibration but for some reason doesn’t away XP.

I Check my accolades against other people and they are good.
