Summary
not able to play cash cup as button appaears gray (on the compete tab) even when eligible to play sometimes able to access it shows matchmaking error 2
(PLEASE NOTE all the steps to resolve matchmaking 2 error have been taken, ive talked to multiple agents on the live chat gone throught with them for hours yet issue is not fixed and was suggested to report it as bug).
