Thanks problem solved. it is my internet service provider. after changing it now everything working fine.
It could be your firewall preventing the launching for communicating with epic.
You could temporarily disable your firewall to see if that is the issue. If it is the issue, re-enable your firewall and add an exception so the launcher can connect.
