Normal - UEFN - Tracker Devices Only Function once if your far away from the device

To repro:

  • Place a tracker device in your fresh blank island
  • Move starting spawn pads 100 meters away from the tracker device
  • Start game
  • Trackers will show up in the HUD
  • End the Game
    -Start it again in the same session without pushing new changes through the editor
  • Tracker will not show up in the HUD

Important Note: If you place the spawn pads right next to the tracker, it will work every time you start/end the game with no issues.

Another note: For this test, I had world streaming enabled, but I tested without it, and it seems to act the same.
