Normal - Spatial Loading on PS5 doesn't work unless player moves

Repro:

  1. Connect to a PS5 in live edit
  2. Have two areas that are spatially loaded
  3. Teleport the PS5 player to where the camera is in UEFN
  4. Area will not load regardless of how long you wait. Will only load if you start moving the player.

I believe this happens on live codes too, but because players get impatient and start moving, it starts to load, but what if you wanted to keep the player in place for a cutscene?

EDIT: This only happens the first time the level is loaded. Still a significant issue, because it always is the first time during gameplay (in live edit its not because you go back and forth with spawn pads and teleporting)
