Normal Seam Between head and body after SKin Cache usage enabled

Summary

When I turn skin cache usage to enable on the skeletal mesh for the head it generates a seam on the World Normals between the head and the body.

Steps to Reproduce

I have a custom metahuman and when I select Enable on the Skin Cache Usage it generates a seam on the World Normals between the head and the body. When it is on auto it is fine. The same goes for the body if I switch it to enable it to create a seam. I need Skin cache usage to use LODs properly

Expected Result

It would not create a seam.

Observed Result

It creates a seam
