I was told that my glass map should be plugged into opacity into the material slot with my texture, but enabling opacity turns off normal map and messing with the transparency options has inverted my map to the point where everything’s invisible but the glass texture. Could somebody please explain this to me?
Hi!
You should use Blend mode Translucent for glass!
And then change (on the Translucency tab) the Lighting mode to Surface Translucency Volume and you will get back your options!!
Good luck!

On the material properties panel scroll down to Translucency
Set the Lighting Mode to Surface Forward Shading from the dropdown
This should make the Normal, Metallic, and Roughness available
