Normal - NPCs not affected by movement modulators anymore

Hello,

Since the new season update, NPCs (guards, custom NPCS or creatures) aren’t affected by movement modulators anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

Place a movement modulator, and enable “apply impulse”.
Place an AI spawner (guard, custom NPC or creature) on top of the movement modulator.
Start the game.

Expected Result

The spawned AI is affected by the impulse and is thus pushed and has its speed modified.

Observed Result

The spawned AI is not affected at all by any effect of the movement modulator.

FORT-831514 is ‘Ready for QA’. A fix has been submitted and QA needs to verify it worked.
