There’s actually a folder inside the Fortnite > VFX folder with Asset Types, does anyone know what they are? I don’t think so. I don’t think they’re even supposed to be exposed.
Same issue in our VFX (Niagara System)
Found this in the system, does this have anything to do with it?
Or maybe this? This is in a different NS than the one in the above error message.

To fix this for imported content, create a new effect then copy and paste the FX type value from the new asset to the imported asset.

Very new to Niagara. How do I do this? Create a new Niagara System and then I am able to copy everything from the imported system into my new one?
After reading more carefully lol, I need to create a new Niagara System and then copy something from that one, into the imported one? Yes?

We can now have the function within a migrated Niagara system to fix this with a button click, just open the Niagara system and click the properties tile thing and click Fix
For the effect type issue, as Cardin said there is now a automatic fix available in the UI. First click on the system properties row:
And then click the “Fix Issue” button here:
If you’re seeing a type error like what’s displayed in the image below, that type is not currently enabled in the UEFN editor and the only solution is to delete the object, or to delete the module using the object.
