Normal - Niagara Effect type changed in 24.01 making then not spawn anymore

After the 24.01 update im geting a issue with the effect type.

After pressing fix issue the Niagara System Effect type changes from FXType_WorkInProgress to UEFN_DefaultEffectType

This did not fix my Niagara and is not showing any errors anymore
Im unsure what broke and how to troubleshoot this.
