ps: your texel denstiy is not equal and the uvs are not clean for baking.

Also it looks like you are not making the best use of your UV space. Why are the curricular objects so big when compared to what looks like your main object. It needs to be the the other way around. The main section of your column should take up most of the space and what I assume are your end caps should take up less space.
