I’ve not been able to successfully convert a custom mesh into a building prop. I’ve followed the steps in the documentation but no joy. Is there a step which is missing?
- Create blueprint class - building prop
- Assign Asset Mesh in blueprint Static Mesh Field.
- Change resource type, ensure can be damaged.
- Add attributes, intialization category and subcategory (e.g. PropWood : 2)
- Save / Compile
- In Mesh editor, add in FX_Death in socket. In blueprint add in FX_Death to Death particle field.
