Hello,
We’re getting the above ensure intermittently when building one of our world partition maps.
The asset exists on disk and is not corrupted but seems to be emptied during the cook.

Hello!
The World Building team think they have resolved that problem recently. Can you try integrating CL 48817720 and 48946239?

Martin

The fact that the problem is not happening with a single worker could indicate that the landscape proxy might be garbage collected before being used.
Can you share the AutomationTool logs when the problem happens? Maybe they contain some useful information. You can find them under Engine\Programs\AutomationTool\Saved\Logs. Please zip the folder and send everything

Hello Martin!
Thank you for the prompt response, I’ve integrated the changes you mentioned and will continue to monitor and let you know if the problem was fixed.

Unfortunately, the ensure is still occurring. Is it possible I’d need to resave the problematic landscape? When the error occurs it looked like it occurred for a specific landscape proxy, it has shifted now though to another one ( before the changes you mentioned were integrated ).
We have noticed that when reducing the cook workers to 1, the issue doesn’t occur anymore if that’s a hint to something.

Sorry for the confusion. I see that you have attached the logs to the new case. I’ll reopen it and we will continue from there.

Hello [mention removed] ,
I opened a case for this #23251798.
I’ve noticed it was closed? We’re still having this problem.
