No world orientation when handling collisions inside a static mesh

Summary

multiselecting collision zones doesn’t allow you to rotate them all together and I feel I am either doing something wrong or this is bugged, because there is no way such a crucial feature is missing. See the video for more info

Steps to Reproduce

Open static mesh editor
Place 3 collision boxes at an angle
Duplicate them
Select all the copies
Try to move them symmetrically to the other side in X or Y

Expected Result

Rotation has a world-aligned setting that you can toggle and rotate things like the viewport

Observed Result

Collision boxes get rotated individually and locally when rotated as a multiselection.
