No visuals load (reactive holo/fabric FX) above any Patchwork device (since 38.0)

Summary

All Patchwork devices have important visual feedback above them that currently fail to load in game regardless of distance to player, their ‘open state’, and with Patchwork memory mode off

This is a new issue affecting any new project or old project updated since 38.0

Drag any Patchwork device into a project and load into game

Expected Result

You expect to see the holo/fabric FX above each Patchwork device once loaded into the game

Observed Result

You see the static visual feedback in the editor, but they all disappear once you launch into game
