When trying to import a video sequence to use and break into frames for the video I keep getting this error message: “No suitable transform was found to encode or decode the content.”

Please can you advise?

Hi im havinf sinilar issues and the forum you bring me has broken URLs is there any other way to fix the issue? Cause i dont shoot 8K i shoot 1080-4K but the computers ive used i have a import error code like above and i tried a few
