No Strange Shadow?

The static mesh window is having a weird

shadow effect, comes from the uv or?

Check to see your light map resolution of you mesh or the object that is actually casting the shadow is high enough to cast a crisp shadow. If the resolution is too low then you will see this type of dithered shadowing.
