No payments for over 2 months despite meeting threshold – support keeps saying ‘we’re aware’ but nothing happens

Summary

It’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t received ANY payment from my Fortnite maps even though I’ve passed the payout threshold .

Support keeps telling me “another team is handling it”, but I have zero updates, zero emails, zero explanations.
The shameful thing is that your support no longer responds to my tickets but closes them without even responding anymore.

This is becoming embarrassing.
I’ve done everything correctly taxes, verification, IDs, tickets — and I still can’t get a straight answer.

I’ve reached out to support countless times this month.
They keep saying they’re “aware of the issue”, but every time I ask for answers they either close the ticket or say they can’t do anything.
Still no payment, no timeline, no reason.
How is this fair?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Reach the payout threshold with multiple UEFN maps.
  2. Wait for payments to be processed.
  3. Contact support multiple times asking for updates.
  4. Receive the same response every time: “another team is handling it”.
  5. Payments never arrive after more than 2 months.

Expected Result

Receive the payout normally once the threshold is exceeded, or at least receive clear communication, timelines, and explanations from the payments team.

Observed Result

Payments are completely blocked. No updates, no emails, no explanations, and support only repeats the same message without providing actual progress.
