No Console Commands with Stereo Panoramic Capture Tool

I’m trying to use the Stereo Panoramic Capture Tool and I’m following the online guide:

I’ve enabled the plugin, restarted the editor, and checked that the plugin is enabled, however when I go to the console and type in “SP” none of the plugin commands come up. I’ve also tried restarting the editor several times. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

I’m on Unreal 4.17.2, running Sierra 10.12.6 on a 5K iMac Retina.

Hi, do you know the reason for this problem? I have the same issue now when using UE4 on Mac.
