No compiler was found error [4.4.3,VS2012]

I’m currently having this error when trying to create new code project and I got VS2012 installed and environment var is like this:

VS110COMNTOOLS
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Common7\Tools

UE4 installed on C: as well.
I’ve tried to add a new VS120COMNTOOLS pointing to same directory but it didn’t work.I also tried to reinstall VS2012 and it didn’t work either.I dont want to install VS2013 because i dont like it.Is there a way that it recognizes my VS2012 compiler?

Out of curiosity: What don’t you like about VS2013? I’ve been using it for months and absolutely loving it.
