Steps to Reproduce

  1. Apply to become a Fortnite Creator
  2. Successfully complete the Tax interview
  3. Successfully setup a Hyperwallet
  4. Receive Email from Epic Games, congratulating you, with a link to Creator Portal and encouragement to try out the Creator Tools.

Expected Result

I would expect to have access to all the Creator Tools.

Observed Result

There are no Creator Tools in my Creator Portal profile. There is no Creator Page, No “Projects” nor “Analytics” tab.

Platform(s)

PC and Mobile.

Additional Notes

I have contacted Epic Games helpdesk via email correspondence. They linked this Forum and suggested I asked for help here.

Found the solution. Change from 100% scale to 90% shows the missing menu.

Hi, i have the same issue on xbox/edge Browser. Is there a solution to fix that? Thanks

hi @Drache70 @Ivarr_All-Father
So what you are saying is the link

does not work in your region

DONT Reject All, Use Accept All Cookies

Click your Sign In with Creator login details which are different to your Epic Login details, to keep your account safe

Do you have an additional firewall blocker installed? Like Zone Manager which blocks this.
if you are getting

{
    "host": "content-service.bfda.live.use1a.on.epicgames.com",
    "method": "GET",
    "path": "/api/content/",
    "errorCode": "errors.com.epicgames.content-service.auth_required",
    "errorMessage": "No authorization header."
}

Then the message is that you have the WRONG username/password stored in your browser cache

If you use the correct username/password
on
UEFN - Content Service (epicgames.com)
you can log in properly.

Many people try and use other browsers and VPNs.
Microsoft Edge/Google Chrome are the only ones working. If you use different browsers/VPNs you need advanced networking skills to make them work possibly and Epic does not support them
