Summary
I created a material with a sprite material function that contained the “RotateAboutAxis” node, and connected it to the WPO output.
Normally, disabling the “Enable WPO offset” checkbox for an SM component in a blueprint prop renders the SM without any WPO.
This is exactly what happens on PC - it respects the option selected in the SM component details panel (as shown in the screenshot below).
During testing on Switch, however, I noticed that the Switch doesn’t seem to respect this option, and as a result, renders the Blueprint prop with the RotateAboutAxis WPO.
This result was consistent in Live Edit, as well as playtests and private code environments, and between different materials that only share the RotateAboutAxis component, which is present inside the aforementioned material function I have created.

Additional Notes
This could also be affecting mobile, as I vaguely remember having a similar issue very early on in the development of an island with these materials. I cannot test this as of now, so I haven’t listed it as a platform in this post but it’s plausible that this affects Mobile too
