Niagara - What does phase scale in waveforms do?

I hope this is the right place to ask this, I’ve never posted anything on here so I apologize if I’m in the wrong forum!

I have been playing around with different Niagara modules to build some interesting logics for the system. I stumbled upon the Waveform dynamic input. I understand pretty much of the different inputs, like frequency and bias is just basic physics stuff. But one thing I cannot understand is the “Phase Scale”. I’ve only ever heard of phase difference, the angle between two waves in the same point in time (kind of), but never Phase Scale. I can’t see any difference when I adjust the values for this…

Does anyone know what the Phase Scale does?
