Niagara sub-emitter like

Hello,
Former unity user here slowly learning Niagara on UE 5.3.
I’m facing a lot of questions, some i’m figuring out myself and some hurting my head, like this one.

I prepared a simple Niagara system, like shown on the upper part of the image.
And I want this system to spawn itself on multiple locations.

I tried event handler location, and it seemed to do similar effect, but couldn’t figure how to setup it properly.

So my question is : is my approach do-able with Niagara only ? My goal is to create this effect in fewer DC as possible, and parametrable on my side.
