Niagara _ Skeletal Mesh Component Renderer

Hi community,

I am trying to create a crowd using Niagara and Skeletal Mesh Component Renderer and I have few questions. 1. How can I spawn particles in the same position, so with each playback they don’t change it. Like you would scatter particles inside Houdini.
2. How can I randomize skeletal meshes based on particle ID within 1 system.
3. How can I offset skeletal mesh animation using this approach. I saw this video - Simulating Large Crowds In Niagara | Unreal Engine - YouTube , but it uses vertex animation and not skeletal mesh.

Could you please advise?
