Niagara and Sequencer Viewport different than Render Tips?

I have a niagara particle system that is looking pretty good in viewport but when rendering via sequencer/movie render queue there are some differences that makes the end result unpredictable.

It seems like it’s related to time steps for the most part, like the particles die early and that maybe the physics scale is off as a result.

Any tips for getting the same result between viewport and render?

I am trying to lower overall render quality, and render one in LOW scalability and one in high, then merge in post.

Any solution?
