Niagar water fluid simulation not interacting with basic shapes wih tag "collider"

Hey all I’m having a very funny problem where my water simulation will interact with the majority of static meshes I’ve imported but not basic shapes that I simply add from unreal engine. I haven’t altered any of the static meshes I’ve imported so not sure why they are working but basic shapes are not. Not really sure what screenshots to provide or what other information to give but if anyone has an idea or wants a screenshot of my settings I’ll provide it

Also I just realized it’s not interacting with any new static meshes I add to the scene. Only older ones that were already in the scene?? Completely lost here
