newly created C++ blueprint not showing up when adding blueprint

hi so im kinda new to all this and im watching a tutorial and when i go to add the C++ blueprint it doesnt seem to show up

does anyone know why this is?

i just reinstalled both visual studio and ue5 seems to have fixed it
