At the end of December there were some changes on the main website mainly in the Unreal Engine section. I published a new product but is not easily visible due to the “default” products list order is set to “Relevance” and there is not section for new products or new releases. In consequence the youtube videos of my new product are not receiving traffic from fab.com or any external website. This is the first time it happens to me and I’m publishing products on the Unreal Marketplace since 2019.
There actually is an “sort by new” filter. But I’m not sure just how often it’s updated
Yes you can filter the list using “sort by newest”. But most people just explore and scroll the website they don’t care to set it to “sort by newest” or whatever… But they don’t see the new products. In the old Unreal Marketplace you had New releases, showcase products, free for the month into different sections.

Sort by “Newest” is also broken.
If you have created your listing at say December but then published it just now the listing will be buried deep down the list of products that were created after your but published sooner. So noone gonna see it. All because the sorting order is “-createdAt” as you can see in address bar.
What is the most ridiculous in this situation is that this “problem” could be fixed in literally seconds but neither Fab nor UE marketplace weren’t able to find those seconds of their precious time for years.
Yes, but this time is different because it’s the first time that youtube videos of my product don’t track any user that comes from external sites. Till the end of December when I published any of products most traffic came from external sites (unrealengine.com) and not from native youtube website.
Youtube was banned in Russia right at the end of December (almost completely), so to watch it we have to take some extra measures . Not every artist it techy enough for that

I didn’t know about that. But as far as I know most clients come from United States, Canada, Japan and some countries of Europe such like France, UK, Germany, Italy, Poland, but not from Russia.
Same problem I don’t know when they will give us a fix for it
