I have a map that will be a 16-player Zone Wars, similar to an OG Desert Zone Wars Map. I’m confused about the newer matchmaking settings:
Minimum Players
Overtime Player Target
Queue Main Duration
Queue Overtime Duration
Matchmaking Max Players Per Session
I want the game to be a default 1-minute wait time, and if there is overtime, then 15-30 seconds max. For the initial publish of the map, I don’t want to set the Minimum or Overtime Player Target to 8 because if I have 4 players ready to go into a match and not 8, then would it not even let the match start? I need help with the correct settings that won’t limit my map, and also won’t make it an overly long queue. These are the settings I’m thinking:
Minimum Players: 2 (If a duo wanted to load in and no one else ends up joining, I still want them to be able to play the map until more players join, since I have spawn on next round for join in progress)
Overtime Player Target: 12 (So, what I’m understanding is that this is when, after the main queue is over, and the overtime has started, when it reaches 12, then the match would start? Similar to force start at max players?)
Queue Main Duration: 60 Seconds (Okay, is this the normal queue? Waiting for players’ basic queue or something else?
Queue Overtime Duration: 15 (I only want the overtime to be 15 seconds longer to find more players maybe i’d do 30 seconds but that’s all, so if i’m understanding this if there are 11 players ready to load in then it’s going to go into overtime for 15 seconds unless it hits 12 players then the match would start? )
How do these settings work alongside game start?

This is not my first time publishing a map, but it is my most polished map, so I really want to get it right. I normally understand everything, but the private island codes do not play the same way as a true published map. If someone could explain which matchmaking settings I should put for this 16-player map, and maybe give an example of settings for a map with just 4 players or just 2 players for future reference. I don’t know why, but for whatever reason, these matchmaking settings are confusing me.
