Summary
The new level & new island from level from the File menu in the top bar in UEFN show a blank UI instead of showing the level creation screen, which makes it impossible to create new levels this way.
Steps to Reproduce
Top bar > File > Level from new island
Expected Result
Island creation UI shows up
Observed Result
Grey default menu without options and greyed out create button shows up
