Summary
Published/private UEFN island built on the Nevarro (Star Wars) starter template is stuck on “Waiting for Server” indefinitely when launched via island code. Persists even after reverting to old private versions with no recent changes, and after a clean editor restart with reconnected session — suggesting the issue is not caused by island content but by the project/backend state itself.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a UEFN project built from the Nevarro (Star Wars biome) starter template.
- Publish a private version (or use an existing older private version).
- Launch Fortnite and enter the private island code.
- Client shows “Waiting for Server” and never resolves (tested up to 7+ minutes).
Expected Result
Server allocates and the island loads normally, as it does on my other UEFN islands (non Star Wars template) using the same account/setup.
Observed Result
Client hangs indefinitely on “Waiting for Server”. No error code shown to the player. Confirmed NOT related to specific island content: disabled/re-enabled an End Game Device and all Guard Spawner (NPC) devices individually, republished, and the hang persisted with everything disabled. Also reproduced on an older private version of the island with none of my recent changes. During one publish attempt, encountered this error mid-upload: “Error de condición de garantía: StagingMonitor: An EValkyrieUploadProjectMode Mode (Mode=1) that produces an EContentUpdateState started without a valid FlowId.” The upload appeared to complete anyway but the resulting build also failed to launch. Epic Games public status page showed all systems operational at time of testing. Possible precedent: v40.00 known issues included “New Verse material code may cause hitching and hanging on some platforms” linked to a report titled “Can’t launch sessions with the Star Wars brand templates.”
