Networking Failure for some computers?

I have tried to build sessions by server side, then search and join the session by client side. But after hosting the game, “Connection Lost” and “Received Failure” come out at the client side. Then I run some tutorial projects. None of them connects successfully. I asked some friends to try to run them with version 4.8, 4.9 and 4.10. Only one of my friend can join the hosting game. We get no idea about it.

I have spent for a week to search for solution. Some posts claim that there are hardware problems. I have also posted this questions some days before but no one respond. I don’t know if there is a bug.

I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing. Thank you for provide a video for the tutorial that you are using. However, I will need information that is more specific to your project and/or a clean project to make sure that we are on the same page.

Quick questions:

  1. Can you reproduce this issue in clean project?
  2. If so, could you provide a detailed set of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
  3. Could you provide screen shots of any blueprints that may be involved with this issue?
